Hypnosis or Hypnotherapy is a very relaxed and natural state, where we can connect with our subconscious mind to replace old patterns, habits, or beliefs and let go of fears, phobias or traumas.
There are different brainwaves we go through everyday. When you are fully awake you are in beta. Reading a book, watching a movie, or working on a project, you are passionate about, is the brainwave alpha, which is already a light form of hypnosis. It’s where we are more creative, and have better problem solving abilities. After that comes theta, which we use in hypnosis and after that comes delta. And that’s when you sleep.
So every time you wake up or fall asleep you are going through all of these brainwaves. So you are basically in hypnosis everyday.
